LACO engineered a custom heated vacuum oven with two shelves rated to 350 °C featuring a removable top shelf, and a customized solution for protecting vacuum components exposed to heat during nitrogen backfill process.

  • 18" OD x 24" L Series HI vacuum chamber with two internally heated 304 stainless steel shelves (up to 1500 Watts, 350° C) with insulator shelf mounts for isolating heat from chamber walls
  • HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller provides automated vacuum and temperature control, customizable software, and adjustable test recipes
  • Water-cooled Viton O-ring door seal with door clamp closure
  • Custom solution for protecting vacuum components from high heat
