A manufacturer of electrical connector accessories for aerospace applications required a high vacuum oven system with a fully automated vacuum and temperature control, customizable software, and adjustable test recipes.

We engineered an integrated, turnkey custom high vacuum oven station controlled by our HVC-3500  Thermal Vacuum Controller

  • LVC1820-3312-HH High Vacuum Chamber
  • Aluminum shelf platen includes up to 1500 watts of heat and up to 200° C shelf temperatures using an electrical heating element mounted underneath
  • Internal shelf heating allows for direct and uniform control of temperatures through conductance heating of the shelf and customer parts
  • HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller for automated process control of vacuum and temperatures
  • Control Box with start and stop push buttons
