An RF Plasma Repulsion Company required a high vacuum system to test and validate the integrity of their products under extreme vacuum and temperature conditions.
LACO engineered a Custom Thermal Vacuum System capable of achieving high vacuum using a rugged high vacuum diffusion pump and dry and oil sealed roughing pumps. The system utilized LN2 for internal shroud cooling and baffle cooling at the diffusion pump inlet.
System is mounted on a ruggedized mobile frame and testing is controlled entirely using our versatile HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller.
