We engineered a custom Thermal Cycling Vacuum System capable of achieving high vacuum while simulating the extreme thermal conditions of space. The system includes a refrigerant cold finger with a chiller and internal pillow-plated shrouds. This low-vibration heat removal system is capable of maintaining temperatures from -80 °C to 170 °C surpassing the customer's requirements of -50 °C to 150 °C.

The system is mounted on a ruggedized mobile frame and testing is controlled entirely using our versatile HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller.

LACO engineers can provide onsite engineering support and training to assist in setting up the device, ensuring there are no issues or errors, and training personnel on how to use the system.
