We engineered a custom Thermal Cycling Vacuum System capable of achieving high vacuum while simulating the extreme thermal conditions of space. The system includes pillow-plated shrouds running the full length of the system with direct LN2 cooling. An internal, rail-mounted, shelf allows for ease of loading and unloading. The system is capable of reaching temperatures as low as -150°C.
The system is mounted on a ruggedized mobile frame and testing is controlled entirely using our versatile HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller.
LACO engineers can provide onsite engineering support and training to assist in setting up the device, ensuring there are no issues or errors, and training personnel on how to use the system.
