A leading manufacturer of semiconductor microchips required a custom vacuum and chamber for their product testing application. We customized our standard 18" X 20" VI Vacuum Chamber to accommodate pressure up to 5 psig with lid clamps and handles. 

  • Vacuum chamber lid with swing bolt star clamps and digital pressure gauge
  • Custom options include four spare ports and glass bead blast finish 
  • Accessories include two lid handles
  • Chamber size fits 5-gallon bucket
