A company specializing in clean energy and energy storage solutions required an automated vacuum degassing system. Application requirements included thermal heating capabilities for heating molded components under vacuum.

We engineered a fully automated, portable vacuum degas system with a custom sized vacuum chamber (comparable to our standard 24" X 16" VH Vacuum Chamber) with an internally heated 26" DIA aluminum shelf in bottom of chamber, powered by electrical heater mounted underneath. The HVC-3500 controller provides automated vacuum and temperature control, customizable software, and adjustable test recipes for their unique testing requirements.

HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller provides automated vacuum and temperature control, customizable software, and adjustable test recipes. Controller provides ability to record both pressure and temperature, automate timer based on temperature, and automatic shutoff.
Integrated, portable degas system includes pump, chamber, gauges, oil mist eliminator, trap ,spare components, vacuum oil, and all related hoses and fittings.
