HOW BAKE-OUT WORKS

Many applications (high and ultra high vacuum, high purity) require parts that are free from absorbed volatile materials that may contaminate the system.  Using heat within a vacuum chamber, vacuum bake-out removes impurities and contaminants such as absorbed water vapor, from products.

In order to receive a Vacuum Gauge Recalibration quote and RMA number, please complete the form below by starting with your Leak Standard Details, click on the + Add Line Item button. Note:
  • Damaged vacuum gauges that can’t be calibrated will be subject to a $100 evaluation fee. The calibration service charge will be waived
  • Equipment requiring excessive cleaning prior to calibration will be subject to an additional $50 service fee. Customer will be notified prior to any extra work being performed
  • Gauge calibrations are charged per sensor or transducer. Please use one line item per vacuum gauge sensor and note if any additional cables or displays/controllers will be included along with the gauge sensor
  • Please include RMA form with shipment and write your RMA # on the package
