Applications include decorative coatings, semiconductor processes, optics, roll coating, hard coatings, solar panels, and others. Small prototype chambers to large production chambers can be used depending on substrate size and production throughput needs. Often coating chambers require specialized options such as heating and cooling, positive pressure, multiple types of feedthroughs, viewports, and specialized fixturing for loading and unloading.
